Creation of a modular structure conceptualy based on it’s function and materiality associated with the rowing boat. Phenomenologycal relation of the material with the created involving space. The cladding is designed so that standard panels, windows and doors may be interchanged. This is achieved by creating a secondary structure by reinforcing a standard unistrut section. This is then weathered by using a continuous extended gasket which has sealed penetrations at set intervals. Once this secondary structure is installed, it can have all of the standard components clamped to it. |
