In a formal level the piece wants to bind two
parts, one clearly independent and other
making of reciprocity. It appears the notions
of "aglomerate" and " conglomerate" , both
in the public area of the building. The
materialization of the first one makes
possible the identification of the parts:
three superior volumes state different
thematic.
On the other hand the "conglomerate"
space, manifests through the conception of
an homogenic volume that accumulates the
content. In turn, this conglomerate is
distinguished from a volumetric with a
private character: the administration
building, materializing itself in the opposing
opacity to the transparency of the
conglomerated form.
